Use of the Platform

• You may use The Portal League only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects athletes, coaches, fans, staff, event operators, and other users.
• You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, scrape private data, or impersonate another person or organization.
• We may limit, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect the platform, comply with law, enforce these terms, or prevent abuse.

Accounts and Registration

• Athletes, coaches, fans, and administrators are responsible for providing accurate account and registration information.
• Athlete and coach profiles may be reviewed, approved, edited, hidden, or removed by Portal League administrators.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity that happens through your account.
• Google sign-in and other authentication providers may be used to create or access your account, subject to the provider's own terms.

Athlete, Coach, and Event Content

• Users may submit profile details, photos, videos, links, bios, team information, recruiting information, and other content.
• By submitting content, you give The Portal League permission to host, display, edit, promote, and use that content to operate and market the platform, events, profiles, scouting tools, and livestreams.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit content, including any required parent, guardian, school, team, photographer, or videographer permissions.
• The Portal League may correct, format, moderate, reject, unpublish, or remove content at its discretion.

Payments, Events, and Livestreams

• Paid registrations, purchases, tickets, streams, subscriptions, or event access may be handled by third-party payment processors.
• Event details, schedules, rosters, teams, streaming availability, pricing, and access rules may change.
• Refunds, credits, and cancellations are handled according to the policy stated for the applicable event or purchase, or by direct agreement with The Portal League.
• Livestream access is for personal viewing unless The Portal League gives written permission for another use.

Scouting and Recruiting Information

• Scouting data, rankings, stats, notes, evaluations, and recruiting information are provided for informational purposes.
• The Portal League does not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, recruiting outcomes, event invitations, coach interest, or athletic eligibility decisions.
• Users should independently verify eligibility, academic, transfer, recruiting, and compliance requirements with the appropriate school, conference, association, or governing body.

Third-Party Services

• The platform may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, payments, email, storage, analytics, video, and support.
• Moore IQ may provide platform development, technical operations, and support services for The Portal League.
• Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and The Portal League is not responsible for third-party platforms outside our control.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
• The Portal League does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every profile, statistic, stream, schedule, or scouting data point will be complete or current.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Portal League will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages related to use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms as the platform, events, and services evolve.
• The updated date on this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.
